When we reply
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Hong Kong Time. We are a Hong Kong company, so a message sent over a weekend or a Hong Kong public holiday is answered on the next working day.
How you know it arrived
We do not send automated “we have received your message” mail, because it tells you nothing. If you have heard nothing after two business days, send it again — something went wrong at one end or the other.

- For a chip or a fault, a photograph in daylight — it saves an entire round trip
- Whether you want a replacement or a refund, if you already know
Before you order
- Which pieces you are choosing between — we will tell you which one we would pick and why
- Whether weight is a concern, and we will point you at the light end of the range
- Your country, for a shipping estimate
- Anything the FAQ or Care & Materials page did not settle

That is our registered business address. It is not a shop, a showroom or a returns address — email us before sending anything back, or it will not be matched to your order.
One thing worth knowing. We will never email you asking for card details, a bank login or a passcode, and we will never ask you to pay outside the checkout. We do not operate a phone line for customers at all. If a message claiming to be us does any of that, it is not us — forward it to info@mirethax.com and we will look at it.
